This is a
full-size, tube bender with end forming. This
EZEBEND™ Tube
Bender is a manually operated bender (Model 1000) with a standard, single
phase, 208-230 V AC, 5.0 hp motor, allows the operator to quickly bend and
install a wide variety of tube sizes. The double-ended swage box cylinder
expands / reduces and forms the ends of the tube for quick, easy
installations. Along with the included quick change tooling, this unit will
allow you to start bending almost immediately. Just roll the unit to its
spot, lock the wheel and plug in the unit, select the die to match the tube
and start bending. This units include a set of our standard
Muffler Man
Package Bending Dies
(Item # 810-100) or upgrade to our
Muffler Man Deluxe Bending Die Package
(Item # 810-200) which includes a complete set of 3" bending and forming
dies.
This unit is equipped with
manual controls that are simple to use and easy to understand. Use the
manual controls to bring the ram die forward to put a small amount of
pressure on the tube prior to bending or forming, support the ends and start
your bend. Once you reach your angle, simply reverse the ram die and set-up
for the next bend.
The 25-ton working force, welded hydraulic
top cylinder is mounted to our standard, heavy-duty, ½'' thick wall tube,
which is thicker than our competitor's benders. This thicker walled tube
provides greater rigidity during each bending cycle, which results in a more
accurate bend. These bends are made with dies that are machined out of
steel, heat treat and hardened to prevent wear and give the dies a very long
working life. These are just a few of the many examples of the quality
